Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Zentryx FZCO ("Zentryx", "we", "our") provides refunds for the Zentryx Affiliates platform. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy.
1. Setup Fees
One-time setup fees are non-refundable once your platform has been provisioned and deployed. If provisioning has not yet begun, you may request a full refund of the setup fee within 48 hours of purchase.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. If you cancel your subscription:
- You will retain access to your platform until the end of the current billing period
- No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
3. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
New customers are eligible for a full refund of their first monthly subscription fee if requested within 14 days of their initial purchase. To qualify:
- The refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the first payment
- You must provide a reason for the refund request
- This guarantee applies to the first month's subscription only, not to setup fees
4. Service Outages
If the platform experiences extended downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to an issue on our end, you may be eligible for a pro-rata credit applied to your next billing cycle. This does not apply to:
- Scheduled maintenance communicated in advance
- Issues caused by third-party services (brokers, payment providers, DNS)
- Downtime caused by your own actions or configuration
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at billing@zentryx.tech with:
- Your account email address
- The invoice or transaction reference
- The reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method. If payment was made via cryptocurrency, the refund will be issued in USDT at the EUR equivalent at the time of the original transaction.
7. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan, the difference in price is not refunded. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you retain access to the higher plan's features until then.
8. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plans are subject to custom terms agreed upon during the onboarding process. Refund terms for Enterprise clients are outlined in the individual service agreement.
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, your account may be immediately suspended. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve any billing concerns.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email and will take effect 30 days after notification.
