Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zentryx Affiliates platform operated by Zentryx FZCO ("Zentryx", "we", "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Zentryx Affiliates is a white-label affiliate management platform that allows businesses ("Clients") to manage affiliate programs. We provide:

• Branded affiliate dashboards
• Commission tracking and management
• Affiliate registration and KYC verification
• Payout management
• Analytics and reporting

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer the following plans:

• Starter: Up to 50 affiliates, 1 broker integration, 3 commission tiers per deal
• Growth: Unlimited affiliates, up to 5 broker integrations, unlimited tiers
• Enterprise: Custom configuration, dedicated support

Plan limits are enforced automatically. Exceeding your plan's limits requires upgrading to a higher tier.

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated
• Setup fees are due upon order creation
• Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance
• Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance
• Failure to pay within the 7-day grace period may result in automatic suspension
• Suspended accounts can be reactivated upon payment of outstanding invoices

5. Trial Period

New platforms include a 14-day trial period. During the trial, all features of your selected plan are available. After the trial expires, your platform will be suspended until a subscription is activated.

6. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance via email and Telegram notifications.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. Each tenant's data is stored in an isolated database. Upon account termination, you may request a data export within 30 days.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to access other clients' data or infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the platform
• Resell access to the platform without authorization
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise security

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for Terms violations. Upon termination:

• Your platform will be deactivated
• Data will be retained for 30 days for export
• No refunds for partial billing periods

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentryx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, UAE.
